NITROS IN THE NEWS  

Former Nitro (2005) RYAN SHOCKLY (Spalding University) Has been signed to Guide the 2010 Nitros. Coach Shockley a Graduate of Lindenwood University had a very sucessful career as a middle infielder for 4 years. He was named 1st Team All-Conference, First Team All Region his senior year. He led the his team to the final four Championship, and a NAIA World Series Berth. He is the  current career hits leader at Lindenwood   

NATHAN BEUSTER (Byrant College) has joined the Nitros staff as the pitching coach for the 2010 season. Coach Beuster comes from Lindenwood University where he served as pitching coach for the past 2 years  While at Lindenwood, Coach Beuster led his former team to back to back regular season and post season HAAC Championships with an overall record of 85-34-1. He also oversaw seven athletes who received all conference honors and coached the HAAC 2009 Pitcher of the Year. Before Coaching and receivingihis M.A from Lindenwood University, Coach Beuster attended Culver Stockton College.
